CANCELLATION
Notification of cancellation is required fourteen days
prior to guests date of arrival. If notifying us of a
cancellation by e-mail or post, please note that the
cancellation notice period begins on our receipt of
your communication and not at the time it was sent.
We will confirm receipt of your communication.
If accommodation is cancelled within fourteen days
of arrival date, full payment minus deposit will be
debited in full. All deposits are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS
To reserve accommodation a contact name, telephone
number [land line and mobile preferably], credit/debit
card details [with the exception of American Express and
Diners club], and approximate arrival time is necessary.
A deposit, which is non-refundable is required, being
equivalent to guests first night accommodation.
N.B. Our web site reservation form is not a reservation
confirmation, only a reservation request. If the accommodation
required is available, written confirmation will be sent to
you via e-mail.
ARRIVALS
Check-in is from 12.00 noon to 6.00pm seven days
a week. Check-out is 10.00am Monday to Friday and
10.30am Saturday and Sunday. Please note that the
hotel does not accept any check-ins after 9.00pm
unless previously arranged with the manager. A
service charge is required by all guests who require
to check in from 10.00pm to 12.00 midnight [on request
only]. Please note that the hotel does not accept any
arrivals after 12.00 midnight.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Dietary requirements must be requested when reserving accommodation.
SMOKING POLICY
Dukes of Windsor Street is totally non-smoking accommodation.
ACCOMMODATION
Damage to accommodation will be debited in full.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Groups of eight or more are required to make full payment in advance
which is non-refundable.
CHILDREN
Children must not be left in guests' rooms unattended.
DEPARTURE
Check out times are 10am Monday to Friday and 10.30am Saturday and Sunday.
DISCOUNT
Special discounts are available for three or more nights accommodation
in January and February on request.
